Upon researching various teeth whitening products, I ran across some rather startling statistics. A majority of people seem to not like their smile.

More specifically this is a list of statistics pertaining to the teeth:

• Over 75% of people do not like the way they smile in photographs
• Over 65% of people consider an attractive smile a romantic turn-on
• More than 75% of people think that a beautiful smile leads to better self-esteem (helps them psychologically)
• About 45% of people have made judgments about other people’s front teeth and/or smile

About Smile Makeovers

The phrase “smile makeover” refers to the process of improving the area of the mouth and teeth to make it more appealing. A smile makeover could encompass one of many different procedures, such as teeth whitening and lip filling treatments, as well as receipt of dental veneers or skin rejuvenation methods. You might receive help with removal of smoker’s wrinkles and other signs of aging as well.

Additional procedures would be used to fill gaps between the teeth. After all, this can be a very unsightly scene according to the standards of many people.

Various teeth whitening and smile makeover methods cost different prices. No two people are going to have a treatment that costs the same. There are many factors that determine the cost, such as type of procedure used and quality of materials sought for treatment.

The skill of the professional performing the work also matters, and the policies of the clinic could affect how much you pay. (For instance,  you may get a reduced rate if you have a low income.) Any work that requires surgery would probably be most expensive, and of source simple procedures cost less.
